PARCOURS
Sandra Detourbet est une artiste auteure multidisciplinaire.
Peintre, vidéaste, performer. Elle a été formé à l’École nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs (ENSAD), et est actuellement basé à Paris.
Sandra est née en 1967 dans le Nord de la France d'une mère allemande et d'un père français.
Après dix années de commandes murales, Sandra Detourbet se consacre à une oeuvre picturale en atelier et hors atelier en multipliant des collaborations avec le spectacle vivant.
Depuis 2012, elle occupe un atelier de la ville à Ivry-Sur-Seine tout près de Paris et vit de son art depuis 1997. Ses peintures sont exposées en France et à l'étranger dans des salons et des galeries.
Entre 2016 à 2023 l’artiste bénéficie de 8 formations professionnelles dans le domaine de l’écriture pour un documentaire la réalisation, du montage sur première pro, les effets spéciaux visuels et la création sonore sur Protools puis Ableton Live et enfin Caméra numérique et la lumière :
Après s’être équipée en 2017 d'un parc informatique puissant pour la réalisation de vidéo Sandra Detourbet utilise Photoshop, In design, After Effects, Première Pro, Pro tools et Ableton live et se consacre en parallèle à de nouvelles créations personnelles et de commande.
Artiste mutante et polymorphe à l'usage affranchi de la couleur, l’intention de Sandra Detourbet est identifiable d'amblé et traduit l'expression d'une énergie sidérante.

« A chaque instant le butô questionne sur ce qu’est “danser », donnant ainsi un nouveau corps au danseur : un corps qui ne cherche pas à s’étendre vers l’extérieur, mais vit intensément ce qui le divise entre l’intérieur et l’extérieur. L'idée n'est pas de construire un corps qui transmette un message, sinon travailler davantage un corps capable de parler par lui-même. Donner à voir des univers cachés, laisser naître une danse, héritière des matériaux universels.
En butô ce n’est pas le corps « qui fait » une danse, c’est la danse elle même qui « fait apparaître » un corps. »

"Notre rencontre organique s'est élaborée depuis 2010 à travers différents échanges :
Entre la danse Butô et des captures plastiques en live. Puis entre la danse butô et des captations vidéo.
Et aujourd'hui entre la danse butô pour la première fois nous allons nous rencontrer en live sur le plateau mais cette fois-ci au travers d'une proposition sonore improvisée.
L'espace que me propose Lorna est une "autorisation" à aller vers la lenteur. J'ai le droit... "Une carte blanche". Un droit intrinsèque. Une légitimité. La plasticité d'un médium sonore à apprivoiser. Oser.
Nous formerons une voûte."

"L’artiste pose devant la caméra et son visage est en clair obscure.
Elle laisse le temps défiler scrutant de-ci de-là.
Le cadrage réunit l’immobilité de la caméra et du sujet
au le mouvement en arrière plan du vent
dans les cimes des platanes ensoleillés.
Et en superposition, un effet réaliste témoigne de l’activité émotionnelle du sujet traversé de toute part : une transhumance des fourmis légèrement hors d’échelle traversent de haut en bas et de bas en haut son visage.
En voix off, s’associe sa réflexion du moment. Qu’être auteur? Elle évoque la réflexion de Virginia Woolf à ce sujet.

Sandra Detourbet is a multidisciplinary author artist.
Painter, videographer, performer. She was trained at the National School of Decorative Arts (ENSAD), and is currently based in Paris.
Sandra was born in 1967 in the North of France to a German mother and a French father.
After ten years of mural commissions, Sandra Detourbet devotes herself to a pictorial work in the studio and outside the studio by multiplying collaborations with the performing arts.
Since 2012, she has occupied a city studio in Ivry-Sur-Seine near Paris and has lived from her art since 1997. Her paintings are exhibited in France and abroad in salons and galleries.
Between 2016 and 2021 the artist benefited from 8 professional training courses in the field of writing for a documentary, directing, editing on premiere pro, visual special effects and sound creation on Protools then Ableton Live and finally Digital camera and the light :
After having equipped herself in 2017 with a powerful computer park for the production of videos, Sandra Detourbet uses Photoshop, In design, After Effects, Première Pro, Pro tools and Ableton live and devotes herself in parallel to new personal and commissioned creations. .
Mutant and polymorphic artist with the freed use of color, Sandra Detourbet's intention is immediately identifiable and translates the expression of a staggering energy.
